Jason spent years in global real estate at the highest levels, leading sales for Fortune 500 vacation property companies and eventually DAMAC Properties in Dubai. He built a career negotiating large-scale transactions across international markets and developing the operational instincts that come from closing deals in some of the most competitive environments in the world.

Patrick built and sold three financial services firms, including a boutique investment bank, a registered investment advisory firm, and an insurance distribution platform. His final exit was a $75 million transaction. A former Big Six CPA with a master’s degree in accounting and a specialization in tax, Patrick had spent his career structuring deals, advising on M&A, and reading legal documents the way most people read the morning paper.

After that exit, Patrick was sitting on millions of dollars of cash, but one fact above all kept him up at night: one dollar, left as cash, will lose 97% of its value over the next 100 years. Commercial real estate became his focus.
